you are very welcome to have any visitors you wish, provided you want to see them, and they come at a time that suits you

MEDICAL NEEDS
you may administer your own medication if you wish. Otherwise, we will administer your medication for you
we undertake to reorder your medications for you
there is a mobile call system throughout Rivendell.
we are visited by the NHS chiropodists and visits at the surgery can be arranged.
the NHS dentist visits Rivendell regularly.
all our residents are registered with the local GP practice at Craigvinean in Birnam. Doctors and District Nurses visit regularly.
an optician visits Rivendell regularly and gives everyone an annual eye test.
ACTIVITIES
Physiotherapy once a week and ‘Strength & Balance’ exercise classes five days a week, with one to one time focussing on improving mobility and strength.
The local church provides a monthly service; they also offer one to one pastoral care for residents and group social gatherings.
Our hairdresser visits once a week.
Mini-bus outings to coffee shops and local retail destinations.
Regular entertainers … singers, musicians, story tellers.
Creative activities, everything from crafting to flower arranging.
